On a completely mundane level, I was asked last week, in my end of year review, what would you do differently?
I felt at the time that the individual asking was shifting the their responsibilities and own-us onto me.
My answer at the time, was I maybe should have taken less responsibility for the project failing.
I’ve yet to reply to it officially.
